The airflow quilted fabric is made out of a single polyester piece with 3 layers, which makes the final piece very breathable and soft.
The layer disposition, with the front layer in less contact with the surface and the middle layer that allows more air to flow through, dissipates heat faster.
The final result is a very resistant, light, comfortable and highly breathable padding.
Lenses
Laser-cut 1 mm smoke acrylic.
Fit from inside the helmet (1/1 size).
The placement of these items requires glue/velcro, cutting of the lenses to shape them to your helmet, and other basic manual skills.
